I was referred to Discount Tire by a friend and have bought tires from them for two different vehicles. My latest appointment was for a routine rotation and balance which was included with my purchase. As soon as i got there, I was greeted by a young man named Bailey who was extremely courteous and took care of my needs from start to end. Came into the store around 11:30am, explained that I had a screw in my time and needed a repair. The kid said to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly, explained that it's first come first serve, I told him I was willing to leave the vehicle and come back later. He again said it would be a few minutes. After ten minutes, I walked back up to the counter and repeated that it was just a minor repair and I was trying to leave the vehicle, even said "I see you're busy, I can co.e back later" he finally took my key and said it would be a couple hours, got my phone number and I left. I received a text at 11:45am. He promised a call to update me. Three hours and 45 minutes later I called and was told they were just pulling it into a bay. I told him I would be there in 15 minutes and hung up. When I got there the truck was done. It's obvious that they didn't want to waste time with repairs that do not generate money. It took 4 hours to plug a tire. Over the last 12 years I've spent over $2000 at Discount Tire. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE? I'm not sure I'll ever return.

As a hairstylist every business I go to I pay attention to customer service and when I tell you in the 30 mins I was in the waiting area the way these employees treated every customer was immaculate! Every single person age,race, gender was treated with 100% amazing customer service. This team needs some major recognition. Thank you to every employee!

Got a screw in my tire and needed a quick patch to get me through an important weekend of meetings out of town. Although my tread was low, and new tires were recommended, when I asked they just patch it for the weekend, they did just that - and free of cost! John assisted me and was very polite, professional, and has definitely earned my business for tire purchases in the near future. Thank you!

These guys are amazing here! Top of the line customer service and responsiveness! These guys are gonna go to always have the best tires in stock and if they don’t, they’ll get them for you ASAP! Always the fastest service in great customer service. If you need new tires or any repairs come here? I bought a new set of tires and the next day had a huge piece of metal in it so it could not be repaired. They got me a new tire for a huge discounted rate and got me back on the road!
